POSITION OVERVIEW
As a QA/QC Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience with the essential documentation and product sample dispatch that drive our product integrity. You will support the team by organizing, formatting, reviewing, then approving scientific, regulatory, and audit documents to ensure they are accurate, consistent, and compliant with established protocols. You will also help manage customer sample dispatch and sample inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in formatting product and supplier documentation and ensuring compliance Request, review, and approve virtual audit paperwork for suppliers, manufacturers, labs, and warehouses to ensure compliance Routinely update product, supplier, and manufacturer information across internal systems Coordinate with suppliers and customers on product sample orders Manage product sample inventory Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with product specifications, customer requirements, and

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
