The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, quality systems, and clinical compliance requirements. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization maintains the highest standards of quality adherence across all operational facets. The Clinical Manager will oversee quality assurance processes, conduct rigorous audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold excellence in provider service delivery. Experience in TCM is preferable. Quality Analytics & Performance Reporting Review, analyze, and trend key clinical and operational performance metrics to assess quality, compliance, and productivity. Compile, interpret, and distribute routine quality and performance reports to office managers and leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Provider Productivity & Schedule Oversight Review weekly provider schedules to monitor productivity, workload distribution, and compliance with productivity standards. Track and validate provider chart completion and volume benchmarks (e.g., minimum chart expectations per provider). Call Quality Assurance & Clinical Service Monitoring Conduct quality assurance reviews of recorded calls to evaluate customer service standards, clinical accuracy, and adherence to organizational protocols. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement related to patient communication and service delivery. Laboratory Quality Coordination Monitor and follow up on outstanding or delayed laboratory results to ensure timely resolution and continuity of care. Coordinate with laboratory personnel on a recurring basis to address quality concerns, workflow issues, and process improvements. Quality Feedback & Team Collaboration Communicate call quality findings and quality improvement opportunities to clinical and administrative team members. Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and support to promote continuous quality improvement and staff development. Clinical Documentation & Chart Review Identify missing, incomplete, or non-compliant clinical documentation through routine chart audits. Follow up with providers and staff to ensure timely completion and compliance with documentation standards. Prepare and distribute monthly productivity and documentation compliance communications to clinicians. Staff Training & Quality Improvement Support Identify training and professional development needs based on quality reviews, call evaluations, and performance trends. Collaborate with managers and leadership to support targeted training initiatives and quality improvement activities. 8 x 8, AI & Communication Systems Oversight Support quality operations by monitoring, validating, and clearing AI-driven tasks, alerts, and workflow flags. Oversee daily operations of the 8x8 phone system, including call queues, voicemail, and system alerts; identify issues, escalate as needed, and support timely resolution to ensure effective and compliant communication.
