1st Shift | Onsite | Monday-Friday Position Overview This role is ideal for a results-oriented Quality Leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is experienced in automotive quality standards, including
IATF 16949.
This individual will lead quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and build a strong culture of accountability and performance. What We're Looking For Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving, high-demand environment Self-driven with strong initiative and ownership mindset Proven ability to translate data into actionable performance improvements Strong continuous improvement focus with an emphasis on efficiency and waste reduction Experience working within
IATF 16949
standards and requirements Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and core quality tools Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence change at all levels Clear, direct, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Experience building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams Comfortable making decisions, owning outcomes, and being measured on results Resilient, energetic, and solutions-focused Experience supporting customer audits, reviews, and high-level quality discussions What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Build credibility as a trusted partner across operations, engineering, and leadership Establish clear accountability and development plans to elevate team performance and engagement Drive measurable improvements in key quality metrics, including defect reduction, customer complaints, and cost of poor quality Lead robust root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions aligned with
IATF 16949
expectations Strengthen and streamline the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with
IATF 16949
while improving usability and effectiveness Improve organizational capability in APQP, PPAP, and problem-solving methodologies through training and coaching Enhance audit readiness, including successful internal, customer, and third-party (IATF) audits, with timely closure of findings #JDP
