We are currently seeking an experienced: Quality Assurance Coordinator - Home Health and Hospice Star Ratings
JOB SUMMARY
Provide strategic oversight of CMS Star Ratings for Home Health and Hospice Serve as internal expert on CMS methodology changes and reporting guidance Review CMS Provider Preview Reports and lead pre-publication response efforts Partner with Compliance, Operations, and Executive Leadership on quality strategy Prepare executive dashboards, board-level summaries, and leadership reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Active clinical license (RN required; BSN strongly preferred) Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in home health and hospice. Demonstrated experience with CMS quality reporting programs Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Visit www.libertycareers.com for more information.
