Quality Assurance Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

Fairview Mills is looking for daytime applicants for this job posting. Fairview Mills is looking for a Quality Assurance Site Supervisor at our milling facility in Falls City NE. This candidate will ensure the products and ingredients that are being shipped exceed expectations. This position also involves ensuring that product received meets our expectations. This person, with the site manager, will help the staff recognize problems or defects at all the stages of milling, shipping, and receiving to uphold consistent quality standards. You will communicate to the site manager and staff about production processes to identify any mistakes or defects and ensure safety. Duties include : Check current policies and paperwork and make sure we are in compliance and remain at those high standards. Ensure company compliance with FDA, USDA, and customer requirements. Perform routine testing to ensure quality and adherence to regulations and standards. Verify logs, databases, and other data to track and note quality concerns and improvements. Quality Assurance testing on all materials, ingredients, and finished products using established procedures and methods.
