We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality system, inspection team, and customer compliance efforts.           Groveland, MA (On-Site) Key Responsibilities
          • Lead and maintain the AS9100 Quality Management System
          • Manage all quality assurance and inspection activities across the facility
          • Supervise and develop quality personnel, including inspectors and technicians
          • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer, regulatory, and certification audits
          • Oversee corrective and preventive action processes, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
          • Review and approve First Article Inspections (FAIs), inspection plans, and quality documentation
          • Monitor quality metrics and drive improvements in quality, productivity, and on-time delivery
          • Support contract review, customer quality requirements, and flow-down compliance
          • Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to ensure quality is built into every process
          • Maintain calibration, nonconformance, supplier quality, and document control systems
          • Develop, maintain, and optimize CMM programs for complex aerospace components
          • Provide hands-on support for inspection activities and complex dimensional evaluations Required Qualifications
          • 5+ years of quality leadership experience in aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
          • Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality requirements
          • Extensive experience programming CMMs using PC-DMIS
          • Ability to independently develop and troubleshoot CMM programs from engineering models and drawings
          • Strong proficiency in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation
          • Experience managing customer, certification, and regulatory audits
          • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
          • Ability to lead teams while remaining engaged in day-to-day manufacturing operations What We Offer
