#1. 8+ years of quality leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably aerospace or defense. #2. Direct experience with AS9100 and NADCAP compliance. Strong knowledge of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and inspection processes. #3. Experience leading internal and external quality audits including customer and regulatory audits. #4. Background managing quality teams within a manufacturing or aerospace production environment. #5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). #6. Strong knowledge of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and inspection processes. Quality Assurance Manager:

Lead and manage quality teams responsible for Raw Inspection, X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping. Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other aerospace quality standards. Support First Article Inspection and PPAP processes to ensure documentation and validation meet customer requirements. Coordinate and lead internal, external, and customer audits. Develop quality procedures, reporting metrics, and improvement initiatives. Investigate non-conformances and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Serve as the primary quality liaison between internal teams and customers. Train and mentor quality staff to maintain compliance and performance standards. Oversee inspection documentation and final product quality records to ensure traceability and compliance. Requirements of the
