Position Summary AB Facility Services (ABFS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality, compliance, inspections, and operational standards across multiple client sites. This role will partner closely with Operations, Safety, and Field Leadership teams to ensure service delivery, documentation, and site performance consistently meet company and client expectations. This is a highly visible role requiring frequent travel to client locations throughout New Jersey, New York, the DMV region, and Florida to conduct audits, inspections, process reviews, and corrective action follow-up. Key Responsibilities Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality reviews across janitorial, facilities maintenance, HVAC, and engineering accounts. Evaluate service performance, compliance, documentation, and operational processes. Identify deficiencies and develop corrective action plans with site leadership. Maintain audit reports, inspection records, quality metrics, and compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company SOPs, and client requirements. Track trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for operational improvement. Partner with Operations Managers, Safety teams, and field personnel to improve service quality and consistency. Support client visits, account reviews, and quality-related escalations as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of Quality Assurance, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, or Audit experience. Experience conducting site inspections, audits, and process reviews in facilities services, janitorial, building maintenance, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements. Experience preparing audit reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation. Ability to travel extensively between client sites and regional offices. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30 Certification (Required). Forklift Trainer/Operator Certification or related safety certifications preferred. Experience working in union environments preferred. Background in facilities management, HVAC, electrical, construction, manufacturing, or property services strongly preferred. Why Join ABFS?
