$80,000-110,000/year
Position Overview:
Do you have experience leading quality programs in a manufacturing environment and a strong eye for detail? We're looking for a motivated Quality Manager to oversee quality systems, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives for a fast paced packaging facility in Pennsauken, NJ!
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and enforce all safety, quality, GMP, and company policies throughout the plant Manage customer complaints, corrective actions, and quality performance tracking Interpret customer specifications and translate them into manufacturing requirements Lead internal and external quality audits, including ISO, FSC, and SFI compliance Supervise and support Quality Technicians on daily priorities and inspections Perform and document in process quality checks and raw material inspections Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Work with suppliers and vendors to address quality and material related issues Lead quality improvement initiatives, training efforts, and 5S programs Collaborate with plant leadership to support safety, efficiency, and operational goals
Shift:
Full-time (Monday - Friday)
Job Requirements:
Quality management or supervisory experience in a printing or packaging environment Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Working knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC, and SFI standards Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast paced environment Strong problem solving and customer service skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams Contact our Pennsauken Job Center at 856-662-2727 #BASIC1
