Quality Assurance Supervisor

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality initiatives within our industrial laundry operations. This role serves as the site-level quality leader, ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining the highest standards of product and process quality.

This is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with plant operations and corporate quality to ensure consistency, compliance, and performance across all quality systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Leadership & OwnershipServe as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters at the plant levelLead and develop site quality efforts in alignment with corporate Quality Assurance standardsAct as the on-site extension of the corporate QA function, ensuring consistency across locationsProvide guidance and training to supervisors and plant staff on quality expectations and standardsISO Compliance & Audit ReadinessMaintain and support

ISO 9001

certification complianceLead internal audits, inspections, and documentation processesEnsure accurate and complete recordkeeping for all quality-related activitiesIdentify gaps, implement corrective actions, and track resolution to completionPrepare reports summarizing audit findings, trends, and improvement actionsContinuous Improvement & Process OptimizationAnalyze production processes to identify quality risks and inefficienciesLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologiesPartner with operations to improve workflow consistency, efficiency, and output qualityQuality Control & Issue ResolutionOversee all quality control activities, including:

Incoming materials inspectionIn-process checksFinal product verificationInvestigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaintsImplement sustainable solutions to prevent recurrenceCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with the General Manager and plant leadership team to improve operational performanceAct as the voice of quality in daily production meetings and decision-makingCollaborate with procurement, vendors, and corporate teams on quality-related mattersConduct supplier evaluations and audits as neededQualificationsBachelors degree in a technical or related field preferred2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in a manufacturing or processing environmentExperience supporting or participating in ISO audits and certification processes (ISO 9001 strongly preferred)Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approachAbility to influence and communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationHighly organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenWhat Success Looks Like in This RoleStrong audit performance with consistent ISO complianceReduction in quality issues, rework, and customer complaintsImproved process consistency and operational efficiencyEffective collaboration with plant leadership and corporate QAWhy Work at Prudential Overall Supply?
