In this pivotal role, you will oversee the inspection and testing of materials, monitor processes, and ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and uphold the highest quality standards Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections in the facility to verify adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans tailored to each project's requirements. Collect, analyze, and document data related to the food industry quality, identifying areas for improvement. Coordinate with Plant Managers and the management team to address quality issues promptly and efficiently. Monitor food manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, industry standards, and legal regulations. Perform detailed analysis of inspection reports, test results, and other quality data to inform decision-making Experience Experience with USDA Standards Demonstrated expertise in quality control and inspection processes within the Food industry. Experience with SQF Certifications Experience with Bakery Standards Prior involvement in implementing quality assurance programs that enhance project outcomes.
