Quality Control Manager Triple MMM Towing Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Compliance audits & assessments Auto service management Driver's License Production management software Attention to detail Quality audits OEM Estimating for automotive body repair Process management Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to oversee all aspects of repair quality and shop operations within our collision repair facility. This leadership role is responsible for inspecting completed vehicle repairs, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards, industry regulations, safety requirements, and company quality expectations. The Quality Control Manager will also supervise shop personnel, monitor workflow efficiency, and ensure vehicles are delivered to customers in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Perform final quality inspections on completed vehicle repairs before delivery. Verify all repairs meet OEM (manufacturer), insurance, safety, and industry standards. Identify and address repair deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed promptly. Oversee daily shop operations and monitor repair progress throughout the production process. Manage and support technicians, painters, estimators, and shop staff to maintain high-quality workmanship. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies. Conduct quality audits and maintain inspection documentation. Coordinate with production managers, estimators, and technicians to resolve repair-related issues. Monitor cycle times, productivity, and overall shop performance. Train and mentor employees on quality standards, repair procedures, and best practices. Handle customer concerns related to repair quality and assist in resolving issues professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in the collision repair or automotive body shop industry. Previous supervisory, management, or quality control experience preferred. Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures, refinishing processes, structural repairs, and OEM repair standards. Ability to read and interpret repair estimates, repair plans, and manufacturer procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Proficient with collision repair management software and documentation systems. Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
