Our smart locker systems are built to satisfy any solution with maximum security; intelligent key-less lockers that accept credit cards, charge laptops, send text messages, and more. We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality program. To be considered an ideal candidate, you should have experience as a quality assurance professional in a fabrication and assembly environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role. As a detail-oriented inspector and skilled problem-solver, you will strengthen our inspection processes and quality standards while managing the full RMA lifecycle from initiation through resolution and root cause analysis. As a QA Manager, you will also produce thorough quality performance reports for senior managers — tracking defect rates, inspection yields, and return trends — to help improve our operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the production floor.
What You'll Do:
Monitoring quality performance and delivery of company outputs and deliverables. Analyzing production and operational processes to ensure adherence to internal guidelines and regulations. Overseeing quality assurance and quality control. Managing compliance with company quality policies, practices, SOPs, and federal regulations. Creating and maintaining a quality culture throughout the organization. Developing and leading the business strategic quality plan. Analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities. Have:
3+ years in a quality role within a manufacturing environment Hands-on experience personally performing quality reviews and floor inspections Experience working cross-functionally to embed QA practices in other departments Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing quality team members Hands-on quality inspection and auditing (in-process and finished goods) Root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) Development and maintenance of SOPs and quality documentation Quality data analysis — interprets metrics and identifies trends Cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without formal authority
Nice To Have But Not Required:
Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification Experience with metal fabrication or discrete manufacturing quality systems Familiarity with customer complaint management tools or systems Background in metal fabrication, sheet metal, or similar discrete manufacturing Experience building or rebuilding a quality function from the ground up Managed customer-facing quality escalations and formal complaint responses
