ELECTRICAL QA/QC MANAGER
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation's premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical QA/QC Manager in Reno, NV.
Electrical QA/QC Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Retirement Plan Electrical QA/QC Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with project management personnel to coordinate required testing, inspections, and associated documentation in accordance with project specifications. Support engineering and commissioning teams by facilitating the submission and tracking of inspection and test reports. Review VDC models and prefabricated assemblies to ensure compliance with design requirements, quality standards, and accuracy. Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Control (QC) programs. Help manage notification processes and documentation required throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain and oversee critical quality records, including inspection reports, test results, logs, and daily QC documentation. Verify testing procedures and standards to ensure all activities meet applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate with third-party testing agencies to support quality assurance and compliance efforts. Conduct routine field inspections to monitor ongoing work and validate QC processes. Collaborate with superintendents and field teams to reinforce quality expectations and corrective actions when necessary. Ensure all quality assurance procedures are followed while maintaining adherence to site safety requirements. Identify potential deficiencies early and work with project stakeholders to implement corrective measures. Maintain close coordination with commissioning personnel to support project turnover and startup activities. Deliver exceptional client service through timely, professional, and effective communication. Travel to project sites as needed, including extended onsite assignments when required. Contribute positively to team culture and support overall project success. Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and adherence to established work schedules. Perform additional responsibilities and support other project locations as directed by management. Electrical QA/QC Manager Experience, Background and Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on experience within the electrical construction industry. OSHA 10 certification required, with issuance date within the last five years. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience performing quality assurance and quality control inspections in a construction setting. Familiarity with electrical distribution equipment, cabling systems, and testing procedures to support quality verification and commissioning activities. Demonstrated experience assisting with the energization and startup of electrical systems in a safe and controlled manner. Knowledge of electrical isolation practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and de-energization processes. Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and safety standards, including NEC (NFPA 70) and
NFPA 70E
requirements. Proficient with current computer applications and project management software, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, email platforms, and web-based tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and project stakeholders. Proven ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a professional and proactive approach. #BASE1
