Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead and support quality operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing quality processes, supporting production teams, ensuring compliance with company standards, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Supervise daily quality operations and inspection activities. Support and guide quality auditors and production employees. Ensure products and processes meet company and customer quality standards. Monitor production quality performance and address quality concerns. Assist with investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports. Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production leadership to support operational goals. Assist with employee training and performance support Requirements Previous supervisory, leadership, or team management experience preferred. Strong ability to lead teams and manage daily operations effectively. Experience handling quality concerns and supporting corrective actions. Ability to communicate professionally with employees and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience monitoring productivity, quality performance, and workflow. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards preferred. Proficient computer and documentation skills. Reliable attendance and strong professionalism required. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed. Resume required for consideration.
