Full Job Description CNC Quality Manager Job Summary:
Our Client in Blue Ash, Ohio is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Quality Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Quality Control department. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer specifications, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving quality systems, processes, and overall manufacturing performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive CNC machining quality experience, and a proven background in ISO auditing, CMM programming, and quality assurance management. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Quality Control department to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements Ensure all organizational activities comply with applicable government regulations and CNC machining contract requirements Lead internal and supplier quality audits, including self-audits, technical audits, and process audits Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans to monitor product quality, quality delays, control plans, and tolerance gages Plan, organize, and direct quality resources to ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality processes, project schedules, and overall profitability Order, design, and maintain gages and related inspection equipment to support quality assurance operations Develop and maintain gage calibration procedures and documentation Serve as the Quality Assurance Management Representative for ISO certifications and audits, including maintaining

2015 compliance Compile, analyze, and report quality data to support operational improvements and corrective actions Support PPAP submissions and customer quality documentation requirements Train and mentor employees on current quality standards, procedures, and best practices Collaborate with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management within a CNC machining or manufacturing environment Internal Auditor training and experience with
ISO 9001
2015 standards required Experience operating and programming CMM equipment, preferably Wenzel CMMs using OpenDMIS software Strong experience maintaining and auditing
