This role supervises QA staff, drives continuous improvement, and serves as a key link between quality and operations teams. Responsibilities Supervise QA inspectors and leads; provide direction, training, and daily support Manage day-to-day quality audits and inspection activities to meet production goals Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA) Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency Monitor use and accuracy of measurement tools (calipers, gauges, blueprints) Act as liaison between QA and operations teams Support internal audits and customer quality communications Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve service levels Support KPI achievement and continuous improvement initiatives Flex schedule as needed, including extended hours and weekends Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of warehouse or quality experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role Experience with WMS and SAP preferred Background in quality audits or inspection processes Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
