Long-Term Contract (1-2 years)

$50-60/hr. (expected 40 hours/week)

Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) Lead QA/QC programs for the entire construction project Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and regulatory requirements Conduct audits, inspections, and quality reviews of work in progress and completed work Oversee inspection and testing procedures (ITPs) and documentation processes Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues Interface with clients, third-party inspectors, and regulatory agencies Review submittals, drawings, and material approvals for compliance Monitor and report quality performance metrics to senior leadership Lead lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a quality management role Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Proficiency in construction management and document control software #staffingh

$50.00 - $60.00 per hour
