Manufacturing Quality Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain quality control systems to meet industry and customer standards. Conduct inspections, audits, and process reviews to ensure product quality and compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams. Analyze quality data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions (CAPA). Lead internal/external audits including

ISO 9001

compliance. Train employees on quality procedures and best practices. Manage supplier quality and resolve customer quality concerns. Support quality initiatives within HVAC/coils manufacturing operations.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of quality experience in manufacturing. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Strong knowledge of:

Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Statistical Process Control

QMS / ISO 9001

HVAC or coil manufacturing experience preferred. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. CQM, Six Sigma, or ISO certifications preferred.

Pay:

$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
