This individual's conduct and behavior must set the tone, reflecting the Core Values, Mission and Vision of this organization.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Schedule and conduct reviews and internal audits and external surveillance audits with outside auditors Handle tracking corrective actions, audit matrix, and customer surveys and complaints Training of new hires in the ISO/BOQ policy. Provides employee-training materials and updates to convey quality policy and ensures adequate resources are available for ongoing quality training. Maintains a master list of quality policies, procedures and work instructions with the most current revision for each document. Reviews quality policies, procedures and work instructions annually to ensure their accuracy, completeness and continues relevance. Maintains and adds new suppliers to the Approved Vendor List and performs annual updates. Ensure Proper Document Storage Using the appropriate procedure checklist or equivalent, conducts the quality system audit Provides weekly quality report to the management team Update and educate staff on updates and procedures Communicate during staff meetings and department meetingsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities could include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree (B. A/B. S.) from four-year college or university in a construction related field and five years related experience, or eight years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Benefits:
