We are seeking a hands-on, process-driven Quality Manager to lead plant-level quality execution within a manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement in quality performance. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on execution, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. The Quality Manager partners closely with Operations to ensure quality is embedded into processes and not inspected after the fact. Key Responsibilities Quality System Execution & Compliance Implement and maintain all corporate quality standards and procedures Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (AAR, FRA, ISO, and customer-specific) Maintain documentation control and revision discipline Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and readiness Audit & Certification Readiness Maintain continuous audit readiness across all applicable standards Support external audits and ensure timely closure of findings Ensure all certifications and qualifications remain current Quality Performance Ownership Own and drive plant-level quality KPIs, including: Scrap and rework Cost of Poor Quality First Pass Yield Customer complaints and warranty Analyze trends, identify risks, and lead improvement actions Report performance to plant leadership and executive teams Root Cause & Corrective Action Lead structured root cause investigations Ensure rapid containment and permanent corrective actions Drive accountability and prevent recurrence of defects Customer Quality Interface Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues Lead investigations and ensure timely, professional communication Monitor performance metrics such as PPM and warranty trends Operational Partnership Collaborate with Plant Leadership and Operations teams Participate in production and planning meetings Ensure quality standards are embedded in processes and new product launches Continuous Improvement Identify systemic issues and recurring defects Lead initiatives to reduce scrap and improve process capability Support error-proofing, automation, and standardization efforts Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop Quality team members Establish clear expectations, accountability, and training standards Foster a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Experience 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing quality leadership Experience in regulated manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and compliance Experience with AAR standards preferred Proven track record in root cause analysis and corrective action Demonstrated leadership and team development experienceBenefits Health Coverage:
