- Lead and drive the company's quality assurance and control initiatives to ensure all products meet aerospace standards and regulatory requirements
- Directly manage and develop a team of two quality engineers, providing mentoring, coaching, and professional development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement projects
- Oversee and manage internal and external audit processes to maintain compliance and operational excellence
- Utilize advanced problem-solving tools to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions Key Requirements
- BS Degree required; technical degree strongly preferred
- 7-10 years of progressive career experience in quality management or related fields
