Job Description

In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by supervising quality control activities, managing inspection processes, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures. Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols to maintain product quality. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and lead corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
