80K+ depending on experience Why This Opportunity Stands Out Opportunity to lead and improve a company-wide quality program with strong visibility across operations Direct impact on reducing defects, improving production processes, and strengthening customer satisfaction Collaborative environment working closely with leadership, engineering, operations, and suppliers What You'll Be Doing Oversee the site's quality systems, audits, documentation processes, and compliance standards across manufacturing operations Lead investigations into product or process issues, implement corrective actions, and drive long-term process improvements Manage supplier quality performance, customer complaint resolution, and development of the quality team What We're Looking For 5+ years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong background with ISO 9001, audits, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis methods Experience using quality data and reporting tools to identify trends, improve processes, and support operational decisions Equal Employment Opportunity #MPIAJ
