Key Responsibilities Lead all quality assurance and control functions, ensuring adherence to internal standards and customer expectations Manage and resolve customer complaints and internal quality issues, including root cause investigation and corrective action implementation Oversee process quality and drive improvements across manufacturing operations and supplied materials Coordinate with international teams through virtual meetings, communicating effectively in English Administer and maintain the
ISO 9001
quality management system, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external quality-related concerns and negotiations Support supplier quality initiatives and work collaboratively to improve product consistency and performance Utilize data and statistical analysis tools to identify trends and recommend process enhancements Lead and support initiatives focused on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall product quality Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing or production setting Demonstrated ability to manage customer complaints, conduct negotiations, and provide effective feedback Strong working knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards and quality management systems Experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams Familiarity with Six Sigma or other structured problem-solving methodologies Experience using statistical analysis software such as Minitab Knowledge of chemistry, particularly in areas such as polymers or chemical-based materials, is highly preferred Proficiency in English at a professional/business level Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
