Job Description

This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, international environment. o Participates in Continuous Improvement Projects and Material Review Board activities in cooperation with the QMS Manager, General Managers, Product Managers, and Production Foremen to maximize product reliability and minimize cost. o Supervises employees engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, manufacturing processes, and products. o Assists in scheduling and conducting periodic audits of manufacturing processes to ensure all quality standards are fully documented and implemented. Helps to identify and schedule appropriate education and training requirements for personnel. o Helps to investigate all customer complaints regarding quality, initiates and coordinates appropriate actions to prevent further occurrences. o Maintain quality records and documents as required by contract or internal procedures. o Responsible for supporting and ensuring compliance to
ISO 9001
Quality Management Systems along with customer specific quality programs and processing requirements. o Complies with all company rules, policies, and procedures. Works and behaves safely by following all safety rules and regulations. o Evaluates subordinate's achievements to ensure departmental and plant objectives are met. o Provide leadership and technical support for BY projects to improve products. o Performs any task required to support customer requirements and company goals. o Provides BU Management with analysis of quality data. o Provides training on all Quality issues within the BU. o Responsible for calibrating all measurement tools within the BU. o Identifies opportunities and takes action to build strategic relationships between teams to help achieve business objectives. o Identifies and understands issues, problems and opportunities, compares data from different sources to draw conclusions, use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solution. o Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization. o Sets high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks. o Other duties as assigned. o Adhere to

Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental, and
OSHAS 18001
