If you enjoy leading teams, digging into data, solving complex quality issues, and building a strong quality culture , this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing As the site's quality leader, you'll take ownership of both quality strategy and day-to-day execution : Lead and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Oversee quality assurance and quality control across raw materials, production, and finished goods Drive root cause investigations for quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement actionable improvements Establish and track site quality metrics to ensure visibility and accountability Lead internal audits, document control, and compliance activities Partner with operations, engineering, and R D to improve first-time-right performance Support new product launches and management of change (MOC) initiatives Represent quality in customer and supplier interactions Coach and guide teams to build a strong, proactive quality culture ✅ What We're Looking For 🎯

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field Strong experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or chemical environments Knowledge of GMP, regulated processes, and quality systems Experience with laboratory testing, inspections, and measurement systems Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful improvements ➕

Preferred:
