Job Description

Company Overview Treatment Trends, Inc. (TTI) is a dedicated nonprofit organization with over 50 years of experience supporting individuals facing substance use disorders. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive continuum of care through recovery-oriented services, including inpatient and outpatient programs, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and various pathways to recovery. Summary Treatment Trends, Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Administration Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in health and human services, preferably as a clinician in a drug & alcohol setting. Responsibilities Maintain and update Fraud/Waste/Abuse Compliance Plan, facilitate trainings periodically, and investigate complaints/allegations related to FWA and Compliance Compile data in the QA Semi-Annual Report and utilize feedback in a number of TTI Committee Meetings Support Program Leaders in measuring satisfaction and success rates of program participants Maintain and update the Quality Assurance Plan, facilitate QA Committee Meetings and develop monitoring and evaluation tools Responsible for auditing of client records for accuracy, comprehensiveness, and care coordination; QA will initiate Corrective Action Plans where applicable and guide programs with CAPs and POCs for external audits/inspections Maintain a working knowledge of SCAs, MCOs, DDAP, and other licensing/regulatory bodies' expectations Create, maintain, and update, a comprehensive EHR Training Guide for all services of TTI Provide training to new employees at regular intervals and acts as liaison for TTI and EHR Platform Representatives Serve as either Chairperson or Vice Chair of the TTI Safety Committee. The shared duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining the Safety Binder, auditing Maintenance records, tracking internal/external inspections of buildings, compiling the Safety Agenda, reviewing TTI Incident Reports, tracking member certifications, and coordinating with Risk Management through TTI Insurance for Safety-related matters relevant to TTI; QA will attend Embolden WCT Quarterly Meetings Act as the Narcan Coordinator for TTI, responsible for requesting, obtaining, and tracking Narcan; QA will maintain and update Narcan Policy when needed Participate in supervision with their supervisor Attend trainings to meet the TTI annual requirements, as well as DDAP requirements. Qualifications A minimum Bachelor's degree in an approved field Minimum of 4 years of experience in a health or human services agency Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and with great attention to detail Excellent clinical documentation skills, and the ability to train others in those skills Treatment Trends, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
