We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Reconciliation to join our Managed Account Solutions team . This role is located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Complete in-depth data analysis of reconciliations, identify trends, perform complex root cause analysis, and execute on recommendations
  • Lead reconciliation engagements across business areas, ensuring consistent practices and outcomes
  • Review and oversee technical testing and implementation of reconciliation software; conduct complex testing and validate implementation code
  • Review, analyze, and present conclusions, recommendations, and updates to senior staff To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5-7 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred
  • Strong ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses
  • Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing performed by junior staff
