Active PIV/CAC (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Summary The Quality Control Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous execution of the Contractor's Quality Control Plan (QCP) across all PWS tasks. This role ensures defect-free, timely, and compliant delivery of case processing, CV alert adjudication, telephone services, and all program management functions. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain the Contractor's Quality Control Plan (QCP) in accordance with PWS requirements. Identify, prevent, and correct defects in case processing, Continuous Vetting Alert Processing, telephone liaison services, and post-closing activities. Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and performance metrics tracking to ensure quality and timeliness standards are met. Provide quality oversight during the 90-day Phase-In period and TW2.0 transition. Report quality metrics to the Program Manager and

on a recurring basis. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency while maintaining national-security vetting standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of quality control / quality assurance experience on high-volume federal service contracts (case processing, data operations, or personnel vetting). Demonstrated success implementing and managing

ISO 9001

2015 or CMMI-based quality systems. Strong analytical, auditing, and corrective-action skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or equivalent. Prior experience supporting DCSA or DoD personnel-vetting programs.
