Located in Erie, PA, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. About the Role As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating real estate and asset management programs. From acquisitions to leasing and facilities-related projects, you'll ensure operational efficiency and provide strategic insights that drive success. This is an onsite position located in Washington, D.C. and Greensboro , offering a competitive pay rate of $50/hr on 1099 . Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead and coordinate large-scale real estate asset programs, including acquisition, leasing, subleasing, and property disposition. Conduct financial and market analyses to support real estate transactions and facility management projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, developers, and government officials on property and asset-related matters. Review and evaluate lease renewals, extensions, space reductions, and alternate site proposals. Manage due diligence activities, reporting, and documentation for real estate projects. Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure construction and property modifications meet contractual obligations. Monitor property taxes, assessed values, and cost data for facilities reporting systems. Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and recommendations for management review. Provide guidance on real estate issues to stakeholders, vendors, and government representatives. Support project and program management activities by coordinating workflows and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives. What We're Looking For To excel in this position, you'll need: 1+ years of experience in real estate asset management or a related field. Knowledge of commercial real estate terminology, contract law, and financing methods. Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills, including experience with NPV, IRR, present value, and future value calculations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple real estate projects simultaneously. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities. Experience coordinating property acquisition, leasing, and asset management activities (preferred).
