Job Description:
Quality Manager We're hiring a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across fabrication and field operations for a growing industrial organization. This role is critical to maintaining code compliance, managing inspections, and driving continuous improvement. What you'll do: Own the quality management system across shop & field projects Lead inspections, testing, and NDE programs Act as primary contact for Authorized Inspectors & third parties Ensure compliance with ASME, National Board, AWS, API, AWWA Manage welding programs (WPS, PQR, WPQ) Oversee documentation (MDRs, traceability, turnover packages) Drive audits, NCRs, and continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: 10+ years in quality within industrial fabrication/manufacturing Strong ASME Section VIII & National Board experience Background in welding programs + inspection/NDE coordination Ability to read drawings, codes, and specs Nice to have: CWI, prior Quality Manager experience, API/AWWA exposure
