McKeesport, PA Details:
Direct Hire position $83,200.00 to $93,600.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 04:00pm) The Quality Manager will oversee all aspects of product quality control for the McKeesport pipe manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that production meets or exceeds industry, customer, and internal standards while maintaining compliance with API and other applicable manufacturing certifications. Duties include developing and implementing quality control processes, managing inspection activities throughout the production process, and leading a team of quality and lab personnel. Key Responsibilities Interface with leadership regarding the facility's production capabilities, quality control status, and readiness to meet customer needs Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures; lead by example in promoting a safe work environment Hold the quality team accountable to required performance metrics; maintain a visible, hands-on presence in the lab and on the production floor Oversee and develop Quality and Lab personnel, including hiring, training, and ongoing professional development Quality Manager•McKeesport, PA Qualifications:
