Eastern NJ Area (Relocation assistance available) A growing manufacturer is seeking a Director of Quality to lead quality strategy and execution. This is a highly visible leadership position reporting directly to the President and offers the opportunity to influence quality culture, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth. What You'll Do ? Manage and develop a team of Quality leaders and professionals ? Drive CI initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction ? Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership ? Lead internal and external audits, compliance programs, and quality management systems ? Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to identify trends and drive decision-making ? Travel approximately 20-30% to domestic facilities, customer sites, and occasional international locations What We're Looking For ? 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related technical manufacturing environment ? 5+ years of leadership experience managing quality teams ? Proven success building quality systems, leading audits, and driving CI ? Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization ? Experience utilizing data analytics tools such as Power BI ? Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus ? Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Why Consider This Opportunity? ?
