Quality Manager The MOHR Enterprises LLC Souderton, PA Job Details $110,000 - $120,000 a year 4 days ago Qualifications Customer complaint resolution Full Job Description Quality Manager | Souderton, PA | $110K-$120K We've partnered with a well-established industrial manufacturer in the Souderton, PA area to find a Quality Manager ready to own the full quality function. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, people, and processes.
What You'll Own:
You'll lead the Quality Management System end-to-end — from incoming inspection and production quality through supplier management, customer audits, and continuous improvement. Your fingerprints will be on every stage of the manufacturing lifecycle.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own
ISO 9001
compliance and lead all internal and customer-facing audits Drive CAPA processes and root cause investigations to resolution Manage supplier quality programs and hold vendors accountable to standards Lead and develop a team of quality engineers and inspectors Partner cross-functionally with manufacturing and engineering to proactively address quality risks Champion Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across the facility Track quality metrics, manage customer complaints, and report to leadership
What You Bring:
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing quality environment Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS administration Hands-on experience with CAPA, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies Background in supplier quality management and auditing Familiarity with machining, assembly, or precision industrial manufacturing Strong communicator who can lead up, across, and down the organization
