Resume Submission Send your cover letter and resume to: RTD Embedded Technologies, Inc. 103 Innovation Blvd. State College, PA 16803 Full-Time Manager of Quality Assurance and Control RTD, an engineering and manufacturer of high reliability computer modules and systems, seeks a Manager of Quality Assurance and Control. This position will carry out management responsibilities of RTD's Quality Assurance and Control Department. The successful candidate will have expertise in the application and administrative aspects of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management System standards as they apply to an electronics manufacturing facility. This will include maintaining written procedures and ensuring their efficient and effective use throughout the organization. In addition, the use of, maintaining of, and programming of, databases relative to quality process interactions within various company departments is required — preferably using FileMaker Pro or equivalent. Knowledge of basic statistical process control techniques is desired. Verbal and written communication skills are necessary and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
