Financial Growth Responsibilities:
Implementing ISO systems and maintaining complete, accurate, and audit?ready documentation for all SOPs, work instructions, forms, and controlled records. Supporting customer audits by coordinating audit logistics, presenting evidence of compliance, and serving as the primary interface with customer quality representatives. Managing corrective actions to ensure timely, effective closure of audit findings and customer?identified issues. Handling complaints and recalls by leading root?cause investigations, coordinating cross?functional responses, and ensuring preventive actions are implemented and verified. Leading the internal audit program including audit scheduling, auditor training, execution, reporting, and follow?up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant ISO standards. Experience with CAPA, internal auditing, and customer quality interactions. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem?solving skills. Certifications such as ISO Internal Auditor or Six Sigma Lean/Six Sigma experience
