Onsite Responsibilities:
Quality Leadership:
lead quality operations/inspection activities, manage quality personnel and processes, maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvementQuality Systems & Compliance:
manage CAPA programs, lead MRB activities, investigate nonconformances, support ISO compliance, maintain quality documentationProduction Support:
work directly with machinists/operators, review first article inspections, lead root cause investigations, resolve production quality issues
Auditing & Continuous Improvement:
support internal/external audits, maintain quality system effectiveness, identify process improvementsRequirements:
- Manufacturing quality experience with leadership experience
- CAPA experience, MRB experience, nonconformance management
- Blueprint reading, inspection experience, strong communication skills
