Job Description
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Quality Management, Production, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in apparel quality or color management Working knowledge of color evaluation methods and performance testing standards. Experience with restricted substances, labeling, and regulatory compliance programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and quality tracking systems. Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and suppliers. Experience working with major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Costco (PL)is preferred. Ability to organize multiple projects and maintain attention to detail under deadlines. Collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused work style. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in our Secaucus, New Jersey office.PAY RATE
