The incumbent is expected to key productively and accurately when working in Taxpayer Folder (TPF), Image Processing and Cashing System (IPACS), and iCapture. The Key Data Supervisor I assists in the training and development of staff. The Lead Operator performs specialized duties in the support of the production workloads within ICBS. The incumbent must be able to adapt to priorities. This position has lead responsibilities over Key Data Operators (KDO) and temporary employees.
