WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage the Testing & Audit team's responsibilities and initiatives, including auditing and testing of standard content and complex/specialty content. Delegate audits and testing tasks strategically based on content complexity, risk level, team expertise, and bandwidth. Conduct weekly team meetings and individual one-on-one meetings with each team member. Create and execute development plans for team members through coaching and mentoring to grow their skills, testing/audit methodology knowledge, and regulatory expertise. Provide constructive feedback to direct reports and support their career growth within the Testing & Audit function. Align Testing & Audit standards with Accreditations, Regulatory Compliance, and Content Operations goals and strategic initiatives. Co-develop and oversee systematic testing and auditing frameworks for GenAI-generated and conventionally developed content in partnership with Testing & Audit Specialist team members. Use data from defect trends, audit findings, and team performance to refine frameworks, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure testing/audit documentation, criteria, and methodologies are maintained and accessible to support internal governance and external validation. Oversee day-to-day workload management, scheduling, and prioritization of content reviews, applying risk-based approaches for regulated markets. Monitor service level agreements (SLAs), turnaround times, and quality metrics; troubleshoot bottlenecks and resource constraints. Personally handle or directly supervise the most complex, high-risk, or escalated tier 2 audits requiring senior judgment. Ensure audit trails, evidence, and findings are captured and documented in accordance with organizational compliance, retention, and accreditation expectations. Implement ongoing quality improvement processes based on data-driven decisions and cross-functional feedback. Serve as the primary point of contact for Testing & Audit with the Accreditations Director, Manager of Regulatory Compliance, and Content Operations leadership. Provide structured summaries, talking points, and documentation for accreditation reviews, regulatory inquiries, and Board-level assurance specific to testing and audit processes. Represent the Testing & Audit function in cross-departmental strategic planning meetings and collaborate with GenAI solution owners, Products, and Content Development teams. Support preparation for responses to accrediting agencies and regulators as needed. Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate technical testing/audit concepts for executive and external audiences.YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, business, quality/compliance, or related field. 2+ years of people management experience leading QA, compliance, accreditation, or audit teams. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, accreditation, healthcare education, or related roles. Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven educational content, including designing or applying testing/audit frameworks. Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software. Demonstrates leadership of a testing and audit function in regulated or compliance-driven environments, ensuring content meets regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards. Understands testing and auditing programs that focus on optimizing quality assurance processes for AI-assisted and conventional content. Able to identify problems and create solutions that address regulatory risk, audit readiness, process efficiency, and team capacity. Prepared to hold team and cross-functional partners to consistent standards of quality and compliance. Expert knowledge of performance improvement principles, quality assurance frameworks, and audit methodologies. Familiarity with data mining, analysis, and data-driven decision making to support continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback.IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU
