About the role As a QA Lead / Test Manager
Strong Banking & Financial domain experience, you will make an impact by owning end-to-end quality assurance for complex, data-intensive financial platforms within Commercial Real Estate Asset Management.
You will be a trusted quality partner to business stakeholders and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory confidence, and release readiness across PGIM Real Estate's Asset Central program. You will work closely with Business Product Managers, cross-functional Agile teams, and engineering leaders across multiple PODs and workstreams. In this role, you will:
Own and govern the end-to-end QA strategy , test planning, execution, and release readiness across multiple Agile PODs and workstreams.
Partner directly with Business Product Managers as a quality advisor-aligning testing priorities to business outcomes, investor impact, and financial risk.
Lead financial data validation f or Commercial Real Estate platforms, including validation of LTV, DSCR, NOI, NAV/GAV, fund and deal allocation logic, and portfolio analytics accuracy.
Drive risk-based testing for high-impact business flows, ensuring financial accuracy, audit trail completeness, regulatory controls, and entitlement governance.
Lead API and integration testing across Asset Central and connected systems using REST APIs, Postman, and SoapUI; ensure end-to-end data integrity across platforms.

12+ years of QA experience, including 3+ years as a QA Lead or Test Manager , providing project-level quality governance in a Financial Services environment.
Strong Financial Services domain expertise with hands-on experience in Banking, Asset Management, or Commercial Real Estate (CRE
including validation of financial calculations such as LTV, DSCR, NOI, NAV/GAV, and fund allocations.
Proven experience validating complex financial data flows, including source-to-target reconciliation, calculation accuracy, and data lineage across integrated systems.
Strong SQL skills (mandatory) for data validation, reconciliation, and investigative testing.
Hands-on API and web services testing experience using Postman, SoapUI, and REST APIs. These will help you stand out
Experience leading QA within SAFe / Agile multi-POD environments , including PI Planning, dependency management, and ART-level quality ownership.
Ability to communicate quality risks in business-impact terms to executive stakeholders, product owners, and client leadership.
Exposure to Gen AI / Agentic AI-driven QA, including AI-assisted test generation or automation (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Studio).
