Job Description

Company Overview Radici Plastics USA is a leading producer of high-performance engineering plastics, serving diverse industrial sectors worldwide.
Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support the QA Department. This position supports the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) by coordinating audits, managing corrective actions, maintaining controlled documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and customer requirements. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, support regulatory compliance, and promote effective quality system performance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
Investigate customer claims, nonconformances, and quality issues to identify root causes and support timely resolution. Coordinate and track corrective and preventive actions resulting from customer complaints, audits, and internal quality system findings. Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal audit activities and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Maintain and control quality management system (QMS) documentation, records, and controlled documents. Develop, review, and revise procedures, work instructions, forms, and other technical documentation. Monitor quality system performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare reports for management review. Support compliance with
ISO 9001, IATF
16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality objectives, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. Provide quality system and administrative support across the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, quality control, or a related manufacturing role. Working knowledge of quality management systems, auditing processes, corrective action methodologies, and continuous improvement principles. Familiarity with
ISO 9001, IATF
16949, and other applicable quality standards preferred. Experience creating, maintaining, and managing technical and controlled documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or other business and quality management systems preferred. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
