As the Quality Assurance Risk Management Director with the Department of Human Services (DHS), you will take on a leadership role that drives real change at the Selinsgrove Center. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This role provides leadership for quality management and risk management operations that support safe, effective services at the Selinsgrove Center. The work involves guiding staff, shaping policies, and ensuring compliance with important regulations. As a Quality Assurance Risk Management Director, you will perform the following duties:
Program Oversight:
Lead the development and direction of quality and risk management activities across the facility
Policy Development:
Create and apply procedures that ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
Incident Review:
Evaluate reports about incidents and concerns to recommend effective corrective actions
Interdisciplinary Guidance:
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to support effective individual care
Data Evaluation:
Study trends and patterns to identify opportunities for improvement in services and care
Committee Participation:

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week Work hours are 1st shift (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM), Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work weekends and holidays as scheduled. Overtime and travel as needed Free parking

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year of experience as a Quality Assurance/Risk Management Coordinator (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years of experience as a Quality Assurance/Risk Management Specialist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of professional experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team in a public or private healthcare facility, and a bachelor's degree; or Four years of clinical experience in a human services agency, including three years of professional, evaluative, consultative, or supervisory work in a healthcare program, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes four years of professional, evaluative, consultative, or supervisory work in a healthcare program.
