Job Description Job Summary:
- The Sr.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes, including investigation, documentation, implementation, and verification of effectiveness.
- Develop, maintain, and review critical quality Documentations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Implement and monitor Preventive Action strategies to proactively address potential quality issues and minimize risks.
- Establish and maintain effective Process Control measures to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Identify opportunities for and lead Process Improvements initiatives, utilizing data analysis and quality tools to optimize operational efficiency and product quality.
- Oversee and perform Quality Assurance (QA) activities, including audits, inspections, and system reviews to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Conduct thorough Quality Control (QC) checks and analyses, ensuring products meet defined quality attributes and standards.
- Participate in and contribute to Risk Management activities, identifying potential quality risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Perform comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations and non-conformances, developing effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process optimization.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Food Science, Engineering, Chemistry).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven expertise in Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Strong understanding and practical application of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation, control, and improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$89,800.00- $112,200.
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents. The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factorsBenefits:
