Test Manager

We are seeking a Technical Testing Manager to lead end-to-end testing efforts across complex programs, working closely with business, technology, and QA teams in a matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities + Manage testing strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple projects + Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and quality + Oversee test execution, track progress, and escalate risks as needed + Lead QA best practices, including automation and continuous improvement + Support delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments Qualifications + 5+ years of Technical Testing Manager (or similar) experience, including matrix leadership + 5+ years in requirements, scope, and quality/test management + Hands-on experience with test and automation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, TestComplete) + Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and automation + Experience working across Agile and Waterfall projects + Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Detroit, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
