Job Description:
The Quality Control (QC) Manager is responsible for ensuring that all design and construction activities meet the project's required standards and specifications. This role provides specialized oversight—reviewing work, inspecting progress, and documenting daily activities to verify compliance with federal, military, and project‑specific requirements. While the Project Manager and Superintendent focus on overall project execution, the QC Manager is dedicated solely to maintaining the quality of work being performed. To maintain clear separation between safety, schedule, productivity, and quality objectives, this position reports directly to the Superintendent. This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a federal project located on Camp Bowie in Brownwood, TX.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a contractor QCM on Federal US Army Corps (USACE) projects At least 2 years of general construction experience on relevant project types QCM experience in vertical construction Experience on projects $50M+ preferred Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills typical of federal/military contract work
