Fully onsite Position Summary The Quality Assurance Manager leads quality assurance activities across the organization, with a strong focus on internal/external audits , regulatory compliance , and quality system documentation . This role supervises QA staff and ensures quality processes, documentation, and design controls align with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / AS9100) and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards. Ensure products are manufactured, packaged, and released in accordance with documented requirements and customer specifications. Maintain and continuously improve quality procedures and the Quality Assurance Manual. Supervise and develop QA team members, including day-to-day priorities and performance support. Plan, schedule, and oversee supplier audits and follow-up actions. Ensure quality records and related documentation are properly maintained within QA/Engineering databases and systems. Coordinate DMR (Device Master Record / documentation record) activities as applicable. Report quality performance, trends, and audit status to leadership and key stakeholders. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, providing recommendations to improve process capability and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent). 5+ years of Quality Management / Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience auditing manufacturing operations and working with regulatory affairs / compliance requirements . Experience in a Lean / Six Sigma environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications / Skills Demonstrated leadership, organization, and performance management capability. Strong technical aptitude and comfort working across cross-functional teams (QA, Engineering, Operations). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database-driven documentation systems. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPS, Six Sigma). Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate conflict constructively. Work Environment / Physical Requirements Office and manufacturing floor environment; occasional exposure to loud plant noise. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move within an operations setting as needed. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally. #CNX200
