The position supervises a QA staff and ensures that documentation and design controls are appropriate for the company, regulatory agencies, and customer requirements. Responsibilities Ensure that products are manufactured, packaged, and sold according to company and customer requirements / specifications. Understand and implement all quality control standards applicable to the Company's products and maintain all certifications as necessary. Update and maintain quality procedures in the corporate Quality Assurance Manual. Supervise and direct Quality Assurance team members. Schedule, plan, and oversee supplier audits. Ensure that all products and related documents are properly handled within applicable QA, Engineering and other databases. Coordinate DMR activities. Report on Quality status as required by the corporate leadership team, governing agencies and customer requirements. Monitor and advise on the performance of quality management, producing data, and measuring quality operations against set standards. Requirements At least 5 years of work experience in quality assurance, should be combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a quality assurance manager, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies. Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communications. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, a related technical field, or equivalent. Knowledgeable in the auditing of manufacturing operations, customer requirements and regulatory affairs. Performance Management. Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities. Technical Capacity. Highly organized, approachable, flexible and able to respond to changes in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and databases. Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Lean, Toyota Production System, 6 Sigma). Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and the ability to effectively manage conflict. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Special Working Conditions / Travel Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Some of the work will require exposure to loud noises in the plant facility. #CNX200
