VP, Production Quality Automotive OEM

We is seeking a visionary VP, Production Quality to build and lead the end-to-end quality organization for our South Carolina manufacturing operations. This executive will drive production quality strategy, launch readiness, supplier quality, warranty performance, and customer experience in a fast-paced OEM environment.

#healthcare2026 Build and scale a world-class Production Quality organization Lead plant quality, supplier quality, warranty, and customer feedback functions Drive launch quality, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Purchasing Establish quality governance, KPIs, and data-driven quality systems Oversee supplier quality performance across global multi-tier networks

Qualifications:

15+ years of automotive production quality experience within an OEM manufacturing environment 5+ years in executive-level quality leadership Proven expertise in new product launches and plant start-ups Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Deep expertise in Production Quality systems and BMS implementation Strong background in supplier quality, warranty, and customer experience Experience building and leading large-scale quality organizations Strong analytical, financial, leadership, and communication skills

Additional Information:

Onsite role: 4-5 days/week in Columbia/Blythewood, SC Domestic & international travel up to 20% Valid driver's license and passport required

Pay:

$280,000.00 - $340,000.00 per year
